Large Group Classes

Spots are available in our large group classes running Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 8am, and Monday/Wednesday/Thursday at 10:45am. More classes are added as demand grows. Let us know what time slots you'd like to see!

Large group fitness classes offer an energizing, community-focused environment that keeps you motivated and consistent. With dynamic, full-body programming, these sessions challenge all fitness levels while building strength, balance, endurance, mobility, bone density and joint stability. Coaches provide form cues, modifications, and encouragement to keep you moving safely. Whether you’re starting out or aiming to stay strong and active as you age, these classes offer the structure, variety, and social connection to help you thrive. Large classes include up to 15 participants in a designated space in the main gym using various strength and cardio equipment, free weights, and bands and sliders. 

Large classes are offered as four or eight week memberships that include three classes per week.

1 on 1 Training

Life gets busy and often your health and fitness fall last on your long list of to do’s. With personal training you get the one on one attention and accountability to finally start putting YOU first. Small Group Training

With groups of up to four participants, your trainer is able to focus on your unique goals, form, and progress. Pricing

Our pricing model aims to be as simple, fair, and straightforward as possible. We offer a variety of options at different price points in order to flexibly accommodate your various needs. There are no fees to sign up, cancel, or pause your commitment – what you see is what you pay (plus tax!).

Large Classes

Our Large Group Classes are offered as a four or eight week membership that includes three classes per week. There are no fees to end or pause your membership, we just ask for two weeks notice to put your membership on pause.

Small Group Training

Our Small Group Training sessions are offered in packages of 5, 10, or 20, with a discount for the larger your commitment, or as a single session if you just want to drop in. The bigger your group, the larger the discount. Typical group sizes are up to four, but ask for more details if you’d like to arrange your own group of up to 9 people.

At Simple Steps, we believe that health and fitness are essential at any age to maintain an active and mobile lifestyle. Our goal is to empower clients in active aging (40+) to live pain-free, independent lives for as long as possible. We do it because in the same way we want our loved ones to get the most out of life, we want the members of our community to enjoy all of the activities that life has to offer.
