If you like to work independently, but want a little extra guidance to set up a program that you can follow on your own I can create a 6 week, 3 day a week program for you to follow on your own. These workouts can be at your home with little to no equipment, or in the gym with machines and free weights, or anywhere in between. Whatever works best for your lifestyle and preferences, I can be flexible to suit your needs! Choosing a package that best suits your budget, I provide an initial assessment, create the program, and then you get a personal training session to go over your program. Taxes are extra.

Subsequent renewal packages are discounted by $50

  • Initial Consult to discuss goals, and fitness assessment
  • 3 weekly workouts emailed to you for you to follow along and keep track of progress
  • 1 Personal Training Session to go over exercises within program
  • Any additional Personal Training sessions throughout for 5% off regular price during the 8 weeks

Design + Accountability

$275
  • Initial Consult to discuss goals, and fitness assessment
  • 3-4 weekly workouts emailed to you for you to follow along and keep track of progress
  • 1 Personal Training Session to go over exercises within program
  • Weekly accountability check-ins online. Ongoing support to discuss areas to progress
  • Any additional Personal Training sessions throughout for 10% off regular price during the 8 weeks
