Small Group Training

Working with a group of 2-4 people brings a sense of community and adds another layer of accountability. You’re all working towards your fitness goals together as a team! The small group environment gets you individualized attention that fits your specific goals, and brings a shared sense of purpose with others that are going through the same journey as you are.
1 on 1 Training
Life gets busy and often your health and fitness fall last on your long list of to do’s. With personal training you get the one on one attention and accountability to finally start putting YOU first. After getting to know you and your specific goals, a workout program is tailored for you, which will transform you into the strongest, healthiest version of you that you can be. We work within your personal limitations and help you overcome them!

Large Group Classes

Large group fitness classes offer an energizing, community-focused environment that keeps you motivated and consistent. With dynamic, full-body programming, these sessions challenge all fitness levels while building strength, balance, endurance, mobility, bone density and joint stability. Coaches provide form cues, modifications, and encouragement to keep you moving safely. Whether you’re starting out or aiming to stay strong and active as you age, these classes offer the structure, variety, and social connection to help you thrive. Class options include up to 15 participants in a designated space in the main gym using various machines and equipment, or up to 18 in a private studio with free weights, TRX, bands, and sliders.
Individualized Programming
If you like to work independently, but want a little extra guidance to set up a program that you can follow on your own we can create a 6 week, 3 day a week program for you to follow on your own. This can be at home or in the gym workouts, whichever way best suits your resources. Choosing a package that best suits your budget, we provide an initial assessment, create the program, and then you receive one Personal Training session to go over your program. Additional sessions are available at a discounted rate.
